These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the G Code Golf website and online store, including product browsing, account access, purchases, shipping, returns, and related customer support.

By visiting this website, creating an account, placing an order, or interacting with G Code Golf online, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page controls your use of the site after it is published.
2. Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase on your own. If you are under that age, you may use the website only with involvement and permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that the billing, shipping, and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Products & Product Information
G Code Golf sells golf gloves, apparel, headwear, accessories, and related golf gear. We do our best to display product names, descriptions, images, colors, sizes, prices, and availability accurately.
Some product photos, launch images, or mockups may be used for display or planning purposes before final product photography is added. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, color, fit, packaging, or availability.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted and processed. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, correct errors, or cancel orders when necessary.
4. Pricing, Promotions & Errors
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, free-shipping thresholds, product availability, and product details may change without notice.
If a product, price, promotion, shipping rate, or checkout total is listed incorrectly because of a typographical, technical, or inventory error, we may correct the error, cancel the affected order, or contact you for instructions before processing.
5. Orders & Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an email or on-site confirmation. That confirmation means we received your order request; it does not guarantee acceptance, inventory availability, shipment, or final approval.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, inventory problems, address issues, resale activity, or violation of these terms.
If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, credit card networks, and other checkout services enabled on the website. We do not store full payment card numbers on our site.
You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including product price, shipping, taxes, and any other applicable fees. Your payment provider may have its own terms, privacy notices, fraud screening, holds, or dispute processes.
Shipping, Returns & Customer Policies
Shipping, delivery, return, exchange, and care information is provided so customers understand what to expect before ordering. The policies posted on the website at the time of purchase apply to your order unless we provide a written exception.
Current launch shipping setup is U.S.-only. Standard U.S. shipping is configured at $8.95 for orders below the free-shipping threshold, and free U.S. shipping is configured for orders of $100 or more. International shipping is not currently enabled.
If we cannot ship an accepted order within the promised timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law when no specific timeframe is stated, we will provide the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law.
Returns and exchanges are governed by the posted Shipping & Returns policy. Products must be returned in the condition required by that policy. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, customized, final sale, or outside the return window may not be eligible unless required by law or approved by G Code Golf.
7. Accounts
You may be able to create an account to view orders, manage addresses, and access account features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
8. Affiliate, Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Affiliate, commercial account, wholesale, team, tournament, or bulk-order opportunities may be subject to additional written terms, approval, minimums, pricing, production timelines, customization limits, and payment requirements.
If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls over these general website terms for the covered transaction.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy site content at scale, upload malicious code, submit false information, violate another person’s rights, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access, cancel orders, or close accounts when we believe site misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations have occurred.
10. Intellectual Property
G Code Golf names, logos, product artwork, designs, photography, copy, graphics, page layouts, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to G Code Golf and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, exploit, or use our brand assets or website content without permission, except for normal personal use of the site.
11. Customer Content & Feedback
If you send feedback, reviews, photos, messages, ideas, or other content to G Code Golf, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content for customer service, product improvement, marketing, and business purposes, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Please do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, offensive, or not yours to share.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that we may collect and use information needed to operate the store, process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the website.
Disclaimers & Limits
The website and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, G Code Golf disclaims warranties not expressly stated on the website or required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Golf performance depends on many factors. Product descriptions, grip claims, apparel features, or style references are not guarantees of athletic performance, scoring improvement, injury prevention, or specific results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, G Code Golf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, purchases, shipping delays, product availability, or inability to use the site.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including any non-waivable consumer rights.
13. Third-Party Services
The website may rely on WooCommerce, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, security tools, email providers, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, outages, policies, or actions outside our control.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, labor disruptions, supply shortages, payment processor issues, cyber incidents, platform outages, governmental actions, or other unexpected events.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold G Code Golf harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unlawful conduct.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the laws applicable to G Code Golf’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
